We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the construction of a new facility in the area of Ștefănești commune, Argeș county, dedicated to the production of electric panels. The building, with a footprint of 510 square meters, represents a new landmark in the development of industrial infrastructure in the region.
Our project involved the construction of a modern facility tailored to the specific needs of the beneficiary, Satech Electric Panels SRL. In addition to the production area, we have included driveways, pedestrian paths, and parking spaces to facilitate access and maneuverability around the building. We also paid special attention to integrating green spaces, thus contributing to creating a pleasant and sustainable working environment.
Our team worked diligently starting from July 2023 and completed the project in February 2024. The building is constructed with a mixed structure, combining isolated foundations, reinforced concrete columns, and metal beams, ensuring long-term stability and durability.
In addition to the structural aspects, we also focused on interior and exterior architectural details, as well as the installation of sanitary, heating, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems to ensure comfort and operational efficiency.
We take pride in the final result and are grateful for the effort and involvement of all those involved in this project. The newly constructed building not only meets the technical and functional requirements but also reflects our commitment to quality and excellence in the construction field.
