Project Description
This project involved revitalizing an unused structure and transforming it into a modern, safe, and fully functional headquarters tailored to current operational needs. With a built-up area of approximately 500 sqm per level, the building now provides optimal conditions for administrative and emergency response activities.
The newly modernized headquarters consists of a basement, ground floor, three upper floors, and a mansard level (S+P+3E+M), significantly expanding its functionality and capacity.

Completed Works
Revitalizing an unused structure and transforming it into a modern, safe, and fully functional headquarters
Comprehensive Structural Reinforcement – To ensure maximum safety, the building underwent extensive strengthening, including the removal of non-structural walls and their replacement with high-performance thermal masonry.
Mansard Extension and Interior Reorganization – The building’s structure was expanded by adding a mansard level with reinforced concrete beams and pillars, covered with a durable standing seam metal roofing system. The interior layout was redesigned to include offices, locker rooms, rest areas, and a modern conference room.
Thermal Insulation & Energy Efficiency – Following NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) standards, the project incorporated high-performance insulation materials such as basalt wool, energy-efficient windows, and a ventilated façade system to optimize energy consumption.
Enhanced Accessibility – A modern elevator was installed, improving mobility between floors and ensuring full compliance with accessibility standards for all users.
Advanced Safety Systems – Rigorous fire protection measures were implemented, including the use of fire-resistant materials, compliant compartmentalization, and an optimized evacuation system.
