Construction of Chitila City Police Headquarters

AXATC is pleased to announce significant progress on the demolition and reconstruction project of the Chitila City Police Headquarters, located at 3 Garofiței Street, Ilfov County. This project, carried out in partnership with the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police, aligns with our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality constructions aimed at improving public infrastructure.

The new headquarters will be built on a 1,113 sqm site and will feature modern facilities tailored to current requirements, including:

  • Ground Floor: Public interaction zones, including a waiting room, a registry, and technical rooms.
  • First Floor: Offices for operational activities, locker rooms, and a sports hall for staff.
  • Second Floor: Administrative spaces, including executive offices, a conference room, a dining hall, and relaxation areas.

The construction combines functional design with modern standards of energy efficiency and sustainability, including:

  • The use of high-performance materials for thermal insulation and soundproofing.
  • Installation of photovoltaic panels to reduce energy consumption.
  • Exterior landscaping prioritizing green spaces and harmonious integration into the surroundings.

We are proud to be part of this important project that will serve both the operational needs of the police and the local community. Our goal is not just to build structures but to create a safer and more sustainable future for generations to come.

This project reflects AXATC’s commitment to providing modern, durable, and efficient construction solutions, contributing to the development of local communities.
