Project Description
The project is a building with historical value of the old center of Bucharest, with a 90-year history now ready to host the first visitors after 30 years. The building keeps curved glass windows, specific to the interwar store and is designed for retail spaces, offices and restaurants. The project had a total area of approximately 3,600 square meters, divided into seven levels.
Scoope Of Work
The old building was demolished to allow the new building to meet today's standards. The building retains its old façade and reintroduces emblematic elements of the original architecture
